For most people their home is their single greatest asset. When you buy a home you want to know that you have created future value for you and your family.

How can I help you buy or sell your home?

I have been helping families buy and sell homes since 1985.

During that time I have experienced buyer's markets, seller's markets and balanced markets. I have worked with lawyers, appraisers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, bankers, real estate agents and companies, well flow and recovery inspectors and drillers, surveyors, town planning (zoning) and property tax departments.

My clients have encompassed several generations, sometimes in the same family. I also have helped couples in buying and selling during and after separation and divorce.
Mediation with a lawyer or other qualified person can save time, stress and money during a divorce proceeding. Courts can also process divorce papers for a cost of usually less than $500. The court option is particularly useful if an amicable financial settlement can be worked out beforehand.
